At The Sourdough Pursuit, it's about baking delicious, handmade, naturally leavened, sourdough bread and supporting the local community by using the freshest, local ingredients. By using the CSB model, every loaf I bake already has a home which means no loaf gets left behind and no ingredients are wasted. The flours I use are milled right here in Whitefish from organic Montana grown grains.
